ELEMENTSFLOW is more than yoga, a sense of life: knowledge of our whole being, a way of thinking about the world and life. It’s a yoga-based, specially compiled series of exercises that helps you to harmonize your physical and energy bodies! It helps to practice focusing and by incorporating that, to be much more effective in everyday life.

The ELEMENTSFLOW online education package consists of 7 + 1 educational videos. You can adjust the videos to your own schedule and other needs. Of course, I’ll add guidelines in the videos on how and in what order to practice:
0 – „Wellcome!” – thoughts about ELEMENTSFLOW
1 – ELEMENTS WARMUP – warming up with the 5 elements, you should start every exercising with this
2 – ELEMENT EARTH – compiled exercises, sequences of movements that harmonize the flow with the earth element
3 – ELEMENT FIRE – compiled exercises, sequences of movements that harmonize the flow with the fire element
4 – ELEMENT WATER – compiled exercises, sequences of movements that harmonize the flow with the water element
5 – ELEMENT AIR – compiled exercises, sequences of movements that harmonize the flow with the air element
6 – ELEMENTS COOLDOWN – cooldown and harmonizing the exercise of the physical body, you should always close the physical exercise and movement with this
7 – ELEMENTS MEDITATION – meditation, connect with the spirit, with the spirituality
WHAT IS NECESSARY TO PRACTICE?
– a yoga mat on which you practice
– comfortable clothing that does not impede movement
– digital device and a stable internet connection to follow the online videos
– a quiet room or even a peaceful place in nature where no one and nothing disturbs your concentration
– seat cushion for meditation according to your individual decision
IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT ELEMENTSFLOW
During practicing ElementsFlow focus on the sensations that appear in you and not on the perfect form! This program can help you unlock the inner or even outer blocks much more than improve the physical body. That should be considered as a positive side effect. ElementsFlow really works when it becomes a movement meditation. This requires persistent, humble, and focused practice!
For YOUR OWN BENEFIT AND SAFETY, I would like to add some IMPORTANT GUIDELINES TO THE PRACTICE:
– Respect the boundaries of your physical body
– The ElementsFlow program also gives the freedom to your own flow to compile the order or even the intensity of your exercise according to your inner feelings.
– Be patient with yourself and your body!
– Be persistent and humble in exercising!
– Still, always practice with playful ease!

WARNING! Exercising the program is NOT RECOMMENDED and CONTRAINDICATED for the followings:
– in case of or predisposition to epilepsy
– in case of a pacemaker or cardiovascular complaint
– in case of spinal problems, complaints, especially spinal hernia
– in case of an acute inflammatory condition
– in case of fever
